Cookie Policy
Last updated 11 August 2026Version 1.0
Henad sets few cookies and no advertising cookies. This page lists each one, says whether it is strictly necessary or waiting on your consent, and shows how long it lasts — including the cookies a buyer meets on a line sheet, which belong to the brand that sent it.
What this covers
This policy covers cookies and any other storage Henad places on your device — local storage, session storage and similar techniques — on henad.work, in the Henad application and on the public line sheets brands publish from it.
Spanish law lets us store what is strictly necessary to deliver a page or service you asked for. Everything else needs your consent before it is stored or read. We ask for that consent the first time it applies, and you can change your answer at any time.
How the resulting data is used, and for how long, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make signing in and staying signed in work. They cannot be switched off, because without them the application cannot tell one request from another. They carry no advertising identifier and are readable only by henad.work.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
better-auth.session_token | Keeps you signed in and identifies your session | 30 days, or until you sign out |
better-auth.state | Protects the Google sign-in exchange against request forgery | 15 minutes |
henad_linesheet_pass_… | Records that the password for one line sheet link was entered correctly, so the page does not ask again | Session |
Analytics and product measurement
With your consent we use PostHog to measure how Henad is used: which features are opened, which flows are completed, and where the application throws errors. PostHog is hosted in the European Union, and its requests are proxied through henad.work, so these cookies are set as first-party.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
ph_…_posthog | PostHog analytics: a pseudonymous device identifier and the current session, used to count usage and group the pages of one visit | 12 months |
henad_linesheet_visit | Identifies one browser's sitting with a line sheet, so the brand sees a single visit rather than a page count. Scoped to /linesheet, so it never travels into the rest of the site | 12 months |
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party ad or social tracking pixels, and we do not share this data with data brokers.
Line sheets and session recording
A line sheet is a private page a brand sends to a buyer. The brand — not Henad — decides what is measured there, and Henad acts as its processor.
Beyond the visit cookie above, a line sheet may record the session: pointer movement, scrolling, clicks and the values typed into the page's own fields, so the brand can see how its offer was read. Passwords are always masked and never recorded.
Session recording is not necessary to show you a line sheet, so it is asked for as a separate, explicit consent before any recording starts, and declining still shows you the full line sheet. A recording can be shared as a link with the brand's own team; ask the brand to delete a recording, or write to us and we will pass the request on.
Other storage on your device
Some preferences are kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so they are never sent to our servers. They persist until you clear your browser data.
henad.reference-theme.v2— your theme, palette, opacity and type-scale choices, so the interface looks the same the next time you open it.henad:shell-display-mode:v1— whether a surface was last shown as a table or a gallery.
The application also caches workspace data in memory while a tab is open so the interface stays responsive. That cache is discarded when you close the tab.
Your choices
- Change your consent — reopen the cookie settings from the link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement immediately.
- Block or delete cookies — every browser can do this in its privacy settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and keep you from signing back in.
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control — we honour these signals as a withdrawal of consent to measurement.
If you are a Henad customer, you decide what is measured on your own line sheets. Ask privacy@henad.work to turn measurement or session recording off for your workspace.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and the version and date at the top always describe the current text. If a new cookie needs consent, we ask again rather than relying on an answer you gave about something else. Questions go to privacy@henad.work.
